padSplit to me is a professional why to be a slum lord/finesser. you spend your hard earned money for a room that you are confined to just to not be able to be comfortable and have friends or your significant other or family come to visit. if I'm paying money that I work hard for. then I should be able to have a few guests over at least three times a month. also some of these rooms are over priced and some of them don't come with any amenities/perks like for example (Tv, mini fridge, small table fan, etc). I thought the whole purpose was to be able to live comfortable renting a room well saving and budgeting money but I have not been able to save or budget anything or live comfortable.
