I received my order on November 20th, but several items were missing. After contacting customer support, I got very little help; they claimed the item would be included and ignored my emails, insisting it was sent and delivered when it clearly was not! Now, on December 24th, I still haven't received the missing part, and customer support continues to disregard my messages. I would advise against using this company if you're missing items; good luck getting a replacement or assistance from customer support.
