I received my order on November 20th, but some items were missing. After reaching out to customer service, I received very little assistance. They claimed the item would be in the box and ignored my emails, stating that it had been sent and delivered when it clearly had not! Now, on December 24th, I still haven't received the missing part, and customer service continues to ignore my messages. I would not recommend this company if you're missing something; good luck getting a replacement or any help from customer support.

I returned a faulty light in October, and as we near the end of December, I still have no updates despite following up multiple times and leaving my name and number. I received an email from the courier confirming the delivery of the faulty light back, yet I'm being told it's lost in transit. Meanwhile, my hallway is left without a light!
This company sells light fittings, but be warned: if there is accidental damage to the glass fittings, they do not stock replacements. However, they will replace glass fittings if the light fitting itself is damaged upon opening the box.
The staff in Aberdeen were fantastic. They were very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and spent ample time with me suggesting fittings and bulb combinations. I'm extremely pleased with the light fitting and unique bulbs I purchased, and I feel reassured by the guarantees that come with the products.
While the return process was relatively straightforward, my major concern is the excessive wait for a refund. They take fourteen days to process returns, which is unacceptable for holding £172.00. I will not shop with them again. Consider this a warning for others.
I ordered two lights, decided to keep one, and returned the other. The return was received on December 2nd, but I have received no acknowledgment or refund update despite following up three times. This experience has definitely discouraged me from using this company again!
