Very disappointed with the customer service. This is now my second order with the company and unfortunately the items came damaged and the glass completely shattered. These things happen of course and I got in touch to advise and the lamps I wanted are now out of stock. I reached out to customer service to ask them if they would honour the original price I paid for the lamps (25% discount) which was ignored. They also didn’t take much notice to the fact that because the items were damaged the glass went everywhere in my living room and hands. They asked me to repackage everything and send the lampshades back and bin the shattered lamp bases, fine but again an inconvenience to me going to the tip when it’s not my fault. I was agreed a refund but my request for the lamps to be honoured for the original price I paid when they are back in stock has been ignored which was the disappointing thing. You’ve sent me damaged lamps and I am expected to pay full price when they are back in stock (I won’t be returning as a customer and I’ll go elsewhere). Very disappointing!
