I’m frustrated with this company on several different levels. I tried sorting this out via email for writing this to save the negative review but they have yet to answer even one of my correspondences. I’ve been getting ink for over 20 years, and just in recent couple years figured I “earned” some just relaxing tattoo time. 1) it didn’t work, at all, and yes I followed the instructions precisely; I even had my ink guy do it for me for a session, and absolutely zero relief. That’s the biggest let down. 2) the product arrived extremely late, weeks past my appointment (I ordered a few weeks ahead of time). I emailed and emailed and got nothing. So I had to order something else from another company. I asked to just cxl the order at that point, but as I mentioned, no emails back. It did finally show up (obviously) and tried it a couple times. 3) I disputed the charges for a) the product not working as described and b) the extremely late delivery. Some how, the dispute was categorized as a “non-delivery” and the company PROMPTLY sent the CC company proof of delivery - yet never answered even one of my correspondences. The CC company won’t let me redispute it even though I very clearly explained the situation (Chase banking sucks). So, I’m stuck with this useless cream and out over 60$. I suppose at the very least can be used for after ink care as a moisturizer; but, that’s not what I ordered or what I needed.
