Frustrated with the lack of communication about my order

I wish I could share my thoughts on the product itself, but after almost a month since placing my order, my items haven't even been shipped. I've attempted to reach out via phone, text, and email, but I've received no reply whatsoever. It's disappointing to have spent $200 and not even receive an update on any delays. Unable to review the product due to shipping issues

Disappointing service and poor packaging

I waited a week and a half for a numbing cream, with zero communication from the company. I had a tattoo appointment in three days and expected better service. The product arrived poorly packaged, risking contamination. If something goes wrong, I have to return it at my own expense without any real support. If you won't provide proper refunds, at least ensure safe packaging.

Avoid this product if you're in the UK

If you're in the UK, steer clear of this product! I paid almost $75 for a cream and waited nearly two weeks. When I contacted the shipping service, they confirmed it was lost in transit. I've emailed the company five times about a refund and received no response. This feels like a scam, and they should be reported for theft.

This company is completely unresponsive. The aftercare cream I received was poor quality, sandy, and not properly sealed, with a disgusting brown substance on the lid. Don't waste your money; I don't trust the product and won't use it due to infection concerns.
