My experience was NOT good with this company. No reply to emails, cant find their number on their website, no return emails or calls.. Placed an order on Nov 25. Along with information for shipping. Immediately received confirmation they took my money but nothing about shipping.. Sent SEVERAL emails to the company asking about status of the order, nothing.... crickets....... Now today, Nov 29th I finally find the phone number here on the FACEBOOK page however it's not listed on their website, just some silly chat. Now i'm told the product hasnt even been packed or queued up, and that it'll be another 48 hours before it "might" ship meaning i'll get it two weeks after I ordered it. Funny, the site talks about shipping within 24 hours.. no go. Customer Service=BAD! I wish my experience was better as the product looks great and the reviews were good.. Maybe I'm just the lonely customer that had a bad experience..... strange.. We'll see how long it takes to get the product from today, 11/29/2022 w/ a product order of early 11/25/2022 for a TAT I was supposed to have Thursday this week... I would think they would overnight ship to make it right. Guess not..
