I wish I could share my thoughts on the product itself, but after almost a month since placing my order, my items haven't even been shipped. I've attempted to reach out via phone, text, and email, but I've received no reply whatsoever. It's disappointing to have spent $200 and not even receive an update on any delays. The customer service is truly inadequate. While I can't speak to the product's quality, I would recommend avoiding orders if you want to steer clear of this experience.
