It seems there have been recent changes within the company that have resulted in a surge of one-star reviews regarding missing items and tracking problems. I, too, have not received the product I ordered on December 4, for which I paid a significant amount. They keep advising me to check the tracking, but there are no updates available. Now they claim they will send a replacement, but I am skeptical. I attempted to reach out to a consumer protection agency, thinking this was a domestic company, only to find out it's based in Finland. I hope they eventually fulfill my order, as it was intended as a gift for next Christmas. I am very disappointed.
