Review Time
It seems there have been recent changes within the company that have resulted in a surge of one-star reviews regarding missing items and tracking problems. I, too, have not received the product I ordered on December 4, for which I paid a significant amount. They keep advising me to check the tracking, but there are no updates available. Now they claim they will send a replacement, but I am skeptical. I attempted to reach out to a consumer protection agency, thinking this was a domestic company, only to find out it's based in Finland. I hope they eventually fulfill my order, as it was intended as a gift for next Christmas. I am very disappointed.
I had a terrible experience with the service. I never received my painting, and they refuse to issue a refund. The shipping company claims it was delivered, but the photo shows two employees exchanging the package at a shipping yard.
I placed my order on December 1st and have yet to receive it. After checking the tracking, I found this message from the postal service: "The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under regulations. It will not be delivered. You are advised to contact the seller and/or your credit card company for a refund or other options." This feels like a scam!

You’ll likely not receive your order as promised. I've noticed they are manipulating perceptions on social media and have removed all negative feedback from numerous dissatisfied customers, allowing only favorable comments to remain. I am still waiting for my holiday order to arrive, and it’s December 23rd. It seems I am one of many who have been misled by this service. I recommend everyone consider disputing the charge with their credit card provider for a full refund. I plan to do so if my order does not arrive by Christmas. We need to hold this greedy, unethical service accountable. I recently received an update from a review platform and found out that the service attempted to have my review removed, but fortunately, it was published. We can always rely on that platform. It's typical for this service to try and conceal negative feedback. I also uncovered that all products are manufactured and shipped from overseas. This product is not made domestically. Customers are at the mercy of international shipping. I discovered terrible reviews regarding similar delays from over a year ago, proving that their excuses are merely that, excuses. Apparently, they opt for the cheapest shipping methods, resulting in significant delays. Exercise caution, everyone!
I absolutely love this company! I have ordered over 25 pictures from them to paint. Customer service is fabulous and the pictures are always top quality and framed perfectly! I give my pictures away after completing them and framing! Everyone I have surprised with a picture has loved it! I highly recommend Paint by canvas!!! Debi Greene
