They removed my street address from the shipment before sending it to the carrier. About a month later, they received the package back from the shipper. I requested a refund, but they refused and resent the package without the street address again. Now the shipper says the package is 'suspicious' and has been holding it for over a week, stating they will return it. They are now denying my refund request because they haven't received the package yet. They are the WORST!
