I had previously enjoyed a good experience with this company, but my last few purchases have not met my expectations. My most recent order arrived damaged, with the contents wrinkled and the edges looking poorly cut. The paints are terrible and require multiple coats to cover. I've reached out to the company to express my disappointment in their recent quality. I won't be ordering from them again, as it seems they outsource orders, leading to inconsistency.
This company is terrible. They show no concern for customers and offer no help. I spent over $80 and they refuse to assist me. My husband accidentally discarded the paints, and when I asked to purchase replacements, they said I could only buy the entire kit again. I don’t need the painting!
I would rate this a 0 if possible. The customer service is appalling. I placed an order in November, expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas, but it’s now Christmas Eve and I still have nothing. Communication is terrible - it's like pulling teeth. I've requested a refund from my bank. STAY AWAY.
I genuinely believe this website may not be legitimate. I received a faulty product and, after some delay, they agreed to issue a refund. When I followed up a month later, they claimed it was too late to request a refund. I responded, pointing out their previous agreement, and I'm still waiting for a reply. It seems like they are trying to avoid paying me back. Their wording in emails and on their site raises doubts about their legitimacy. Avoid!
I had a perfect experience with this service! I can't comprehend the negative reviews; they must be mistaken. My order arrived quickly and in pristine condition. The packaging was secure, keeping all materials safe. The quality of the paints and canvas surpassed my expectations, making the painting process enjoyable. The instructions were clear, and the finished product looked incredible. This is definitely one of the best places for painting by numbers. Their customer service was friendly and quick to address all my questions. Highly recommended!
The product never arrived after two months of follow-ups. The so-called customer service was completely unhelpful and wouldn't even provide the shipping company's name and contact information. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
They removed my street address from the shipment before sending it to the carrier. About a month later, they received the package back from the shipper. I requested a refund, but they refused and resent the package without the street address again. Now the shipper says the package is 'suspicious' and has been holding it for over a week, stating they will return it. They are now denying my refund request because they haven't received the package yet. They are the WORST!
