I placed my order for a painting on 11/28, expecting it to arrive by 12/22. However, it hasn't even reached the framing shop after 13 days. I've contacted the support team multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was promised a response within 24 hours, but I heard nothing. Now, almost a month later, no one knows the status of my painting, and it's clear I won't have it for Christmas. This has been the worst experience with customer service and the company. I'm considering taking legal action to recover my money.
