I have never encountered such unprofessional service. My partner wanted to gift his mother a painting featuring her with her late parents. After her mother's passing just six months ago, we have faced constant back-and-forth communication. The painting was completely inaccurate, requiring numerous revisions. Initially, they failed to include the requested halos. The last revision we requested took a long time, only for us to receive the exact same image with no improvements. When we reached out to customer support, we were assured that it would be completely redone on a larger canvas at no extra cost. However, nearly a month later, we were informed that it had been archived. We have received no updates regarding the new painting, and there has been no contact from the company. For something as sensitive as memorial paintings, this is not the service to choose. The lack of professionalism, along with delays and ineffective solutions, has left my partner devastated and me extremely frustrated. This review follows the email notification about the archiving on 1/15/2026, even though we intended this as a Christmas gift for 2025. My partner will reach out again when he has the time.

I wouldn’t recommend this service if you have a specific deadline, unless you plan well in advance. If timing isn't an issue, it might be worth considering. My experience was marred by delays and a lack of follow-up, which overshadowed the quality of the work.
I have ordered three paintings from the service over the years, and I was very pleased with the first two. Unfortunately, my latest experience was quite disappointing. The preview displayed the dress as purple, as I requested, but the final painting arrived in black. Customer support never acknowledged or apologized for this mistake. The only correction I asked for — regarding the thumb — is being addressed, but the issue with the black dress was entirely ignored. The process has dragged on for over a month, and the lack of accountability has been frustrating. While the company eventually replies, the artist missed clear details in the mockup, which raises concerns about the professionalism of the process. This painting was intended as a gift, and although I hope the recipient appreciates it, I personally cannot be satisfied. I will not be using the service again.
My painting appears to be missing. It has been indicating that I should receive it today, January 2, but every time I attempt to track it, it shows that the shipping service never received it. I was promised an update from the shipping department, but that never occurred either. At this point, I just want a refund; I feel this whole service is a scam.
The entire process went incredibly smoothly. From submitting my photos to receiving the mock-ups and making a few minor adjustments, everything was handled well. I received regular updates on the progress. Once I selected the framing, it didn't take long to get my two portraits. The packaging was very secure, and there were no damages to the portraits at all. The only thing left is that I'm waiting until just after the holidays to gift the portraits to family members, so I haven't seen their reactions yet.

Now, almost a month later, no one knows the status of my painting, and it's clear I won't have it for Christmas. This has been the worst experience with customer service and the company. I'm considering taking legal action to recover my money.

The product was delivered promptly and was in excellent condition. However, my grandmother’s left eye was not painted well. This is my second experience with the service, and this latest painting was significantly better than the first.
