I received regular updates on the progress. Once I selected the framing, it didn't take long to get my two portraits. The packaging was very secure, and there were no damages to the portraits at all. The only thing left is that I'm waiting until just after the holidays to gift the portraits to family members, so I haven't seen their reactions yet.
