I had heard about this service for years through a podcast and thought it would be a great option. I finally decided to order a painting of my father’s parents as a Christmas gift. I placed my order on November 30, expecting it to arrive by December 22. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until January 7, which was quite disappointing and far from the expected delivery date. While the painting itself was beautiful and I was pleased with the final result, the lengthy delivery time and poor communication left me frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you have a specific deadline, unless you plan well in advance. If timing isn't an issue, it might be worth considering. My experience was marred by delays and a lack of follow-up, which overshadowed the quality of the work.
