I have never encountered such unprofessional service. My partner wanted to gift his mother a painting featuring her with her late parents. After her mother's passing just six months ago, we have faced constant back-and-forth communication. The painting was completely inaccurate, requiring numerous revisions. Initially, they failed to include the requested halos. The last revision we requested took a long time, only for us to receive the exact same image with no improvements. When we reached out to customer support, we were assured that it would be completely redone on a larger canvas at no extra cost. However, nearly a month later, we were informed that it had been archived. We have received no updates regarding the new painting, and there has been no contact from the company. For something as sensitive as memorial paintings, this is not the service to choose. The lack of professionalism, along with delays and ineffective solutions, has left my partner devastated and me extremely frustrated. This review follows the email notification about the archiving on 1/15/2026, even though we intended this as a Christmas gift for 2025. My partner will reach out again when he has the time.
