i have bought the loan of rs 10000 from paisayaar , the give me 45 days to return the amount , first of all the interest rate is very high when i apply for the next loan the intrest rate increased evertime , let get back to point as i have recieved the loan after few days the called me and ask me to repay but the due date has not come yet the called me harass me the are complete scammers i never use it again

‎An unknown individual created an account using my father’s name and CNIC details without our knowledge or consent and obtained a loan of PKR 35,000. We were completely unaware of this transaction at the time it occurred.

‎👉Since then, the company has been increasing the interest daily. They are charging approximately 2.7% per day as overdue charges, which amounts to an annual rate of approximately 900% or more. This excessive and exploitative interest rate is illegal and against the financial regulations of Pakistan.
‎
‎👉Furthermore, the application is not registered with SECP or SBP. Despite this, they are continuously calling my father and threatening him with legal action and harassment.

This company is a major fraud. I applied for a loan urgently, and they sent it without proper verification. Now, they call me multiple times daily, threatening legal action if I don't repay immediately. I have recordings of their staff's abusive language. I am pursuing legal action against them, as I believe their practices are completely unethical.
