I sent a return back to Pajar, which they received over 9 days ago and I can't find any information about the item I wanted in exchange for the return. I've called several times as well as left several emails and haven't heard a word. Now I understand why there's a message on their web site that asks people to be respectful when dealing with a representative, although I haven't been able to speak with anyone or email with anyone except an AI bot.I will never order from them again and will call my cc company to cancel the transaction if I don't hear back from them today.
