Received Pajar boots for christmas, unfortunately they turned out to be way too big and I tried to exchange them. Unfortunately all of the popular size seems to be unavailable for almost all products on their page so I requested a refund and shipped the boots back.
It's been over a month now and despite numerous emails it has been incredibly difficult to reach a human and not just Ai bot after AI bot. Even when requests were escalated to human customer service, our email were left unanswered for weeks.
After weeks of trying I finally received an email from a representative and was told the reimbursement would be done on the same day, yet we are still waiting over a week later.
We ended up finding a phone number online and we were finally able to speak so someone and the reimbursement was processed.
However this took over a month of back and forth and unanswered email and generic AI bots communication, this is Highly disapointing of a Montreal/canadian business.
I sent a return back to Pajar, which they received over 9 days ago and I can't find any information about the item I wanted in exchange for the return. I've called several times as well as left several emails and haven't heard a word. Now I understand why there's a message on their web site that asks people to be respectful when dealing with a representative, although I haven't been able to speak with anyone or email with anyone except an AI bot.I will never order from them again and will call my cc company to cancel the transaction if I don't hear back from them today.
Pajar is the absolute worst company that I have ever purchased from. I ordered a women’s small coat during Boxing week and received a medium. I have reached out through e-mail 6 times, made countless online requests, sent pictures and left 2 voicemails and have still not heard back from a human only an automated AI response. I went online and printed off a return label and returned the jacket hoping that this would help and still I have not heard anything back, no replacement tracking order though AI told me that this would be sent days ago. UPS is showing that the jacket was returned to Pajar successfully. Unbelievably bad customer service. Sent another request for a human to contact me today. If I do not get a response I will be forced to dispute this with my credit card company. Disappointed because my previous orders have been fine.
I usually do not do this, but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I have been trying to contact them, and my two emails never received a response. My order was never delivered, and FedEx has no idea where it is. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company, as this is essentially theft. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase anything from them again.
Purchased the Aveda Suede Women's Heritage Boots. I purchased a whole size bigger as reviews indicated going a whole size bigger and I'm glad I did. The boots are gorgeous. Zipper is easy to do up and down and easy to hold. Shearling centre is soft. This boot appealed to me because it is also a bit more dressy with the heel and I LOVE it. They are not heavy. Delivery was only 3 days after my order. I did not need to contact customer service as I am very happy. I snapped some pics as well but unable to post them.
I ordered 2 jackets from Pajar Canada for the first time. My order arrived but it was one item, gloves, which I did not order. Any attempt to follow up with the company leads nowhere. Their customer service website options only connect you with an AI bot. Their phone customer support only directs you to a voicemail option where your calls are not returned. I've only just now seen how many poor customer experience reviews are out there for this company. I have started messaging Pajar Canada brand partners and online influencers directly to let them know. I can't imagine people will want to continue promoting this company once they realize how many customers are not receiving what they ordered, and/or not receiving customer support- basically getting scammed.Edit: I did not receive any response or resolution from Pajar Canada until I commented on their social media pages and rated my experience here on Trust Pilot. I've now received a tracking number for a reshipment - but had to spend time highlighting the issue publicly online before receiving any support.
