I placed an order for floor mats for my Suzuki Swift from PakWheels and received the wrong product on March 7th, 2025. I immediately reported the issue with photos and videos, clearly showing the mats did not fit my car. Despite reaching out the same day, I was met with delayed and repetitive responses asking me to resend videos and reinstall the mats—something I had already done multiple times.After weeks of back-and-forth and no real resolution, I was finally told to return the item at my own cost. I sent it back promptly and provided all required proof of delivery by March 28th. However, as of today (April 15th), I am still waiting for my refund.What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of urgency from their side. I had to follow up constantly just to keep the conversation moving. Their responses felt robotic, and no one took real ownership of my case.What went wrong:Wrong item delivered.Poor customer support and extremely slow responses.Repeatedly asked for the same proof.No proactive communication.Refund still pending after more than a month.This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better from a platform like PakWheels. I hope they take customer complaints more seriously in the future.
