I placed multiple orders with PakWheels AutoStore, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Out of five products I ordered, two were delivered incorrectly and one hasn’t shipped even after five days.For one of the orders, I received the wrong product and shared photos with support via WhatsApp. I was told someone would call and that the issue was being discussed on the backend, but no follow-up came even after two days.One another order, I ordered two rear wind-sheild shades but received only one. Despite reaching out to customer support the next day, I have received no response whatsoever.The lack of communication and responsiveness is frustrating and confusing. I expected better service, especially when placing multiple orders. At this point, I am unsure I will use PakWheels again.Pros: N/ACons: Difficult Ordering Process, Poor customer Support, Delayed Shipping, Incorrect Deliveries.Updated Review (after 5th Jan):I regret to say that the situation has only gotten worse since I posted my initial review.Despite multiple follow-ups, PakWheels AutoStore has still failed to deliver the correct product or complete the replacement. I have never received what I actually ordered. Promises were made repeatedly, including assurances that someone would contact me and that the matter was being handled internally, but no meaningful action ever happened.Customer support has been completely unresponsive and unaccountable. Messages are either ignored or met with vague replies that lead nowhere. At this point, it is clear that PakWheels has no effective after-sales support and no respect for customers’ time or money.I have now requested a full refund, as I no longer want any replacement or further dealings with PakWheels. They may collect the incorrect product they delivered, but I am done with this store entirely.This has easily been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had in Pakistan. PakWheels has been the worst company I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer service. I strongly advise against using their “Sell It For Me” option. It ended up being a complete waste of my time, effort, and money.THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME. I AM PUTTING IT TO MY LAWYER. PEOPLE I TALKED TO ARE WORST
Suneel Munj trying hard to manipulate market by posting misinformation. For example the upcoming IMF demand to reduce overall pricing and lift some of the restrictions from current policies that will eventually reduce prices by a good margin in coming years but he is speculating the exact opposite just because he is considered a big shot in auto industry and his main source is buying selling vehicles on a daily basis with huge margins and partnerships that benefits him in millions every month.

I placed an order for floor mats for my Suzuki Swift from PakWheels and received the wrong product on March 7th, 2025. I immediately reported the issue with photos and videos, clearly showing the mats did not fit my car. Despite reaching out the same day, I was met with delayed and repetitive responses asking me to resend videos and reinstall the mats—something I had already done multiple times.After weeks of back-and-forth and no real resolution, I was finally told to return the item at my own cost. I sent it back promptly and provided all required proof of delivery by March 28th. However, as of today (April 15th), I am still waiting for my refund.What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of urgency from their side. I had to follow up constantly just to keep the conversation moving. Their responses felt robotic, and no one took real ownership of my case.What went wrong:Wrong item delivered.Poor customer support and extremely slow responses.Repeatedly asked for the same proof.No proactive communication.Refund still pending after more than a month.This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better from a platform like PakWheels. I hope they take customer complaints more seriously in the future.
