Ordered a portable lamp from an online platform in November 2022. The first shipment arrived damaged (the lamp shade was cracked). The replacement also arrived damaged (the support piece was bent). The third replacement was defective as well, leaving me with a poorly made item. Despite having multiple products from this brand, they all arrived with flaws. The seller issued a partial refund as it was cheaper than a return. Since receiving it, I've barely used the lamp, and now it doesn't work at all. I've reached out for support but received no response. Poor products and even worse customer service.
