The pieces didn't interlock well and kept falling apart. Avoid wasting your money on this item unless you have immense patience and are prepared to use glue and tape to keep it together.
I am very let down by this company. I bought a reading light for my son, and after just three weeks of minimal use, the batteries ran out. I couldn't find a clear way to replace them, so I reached out for help. I was informed that the batteries are not replaceable! This is such a waste of money and not environmentally friendly. Now it will just end up in the trash. I won't be buying from this company again.
Ordered a portable lamp from an online platform in November 2022. The first shipment arrived damaged (the lamp shade was cracked). The replacement also arrived damaged (the support piece was bent). The third replacement was defective as well, leaving me with a poorly made item. Despite having multiple products from this brand, they all arrived with flaws. The seller issued a partial refund as it was cheaper than a return. Since receiving it, I've barely used the lamp, and now it doesn't work at all. I've reached out for support but received no response. Poor products and even worse customer service.
Purchased an item online and received it in a non-sealed box, which was damaged, and the product looked used. Since it's a gift, I couldn't return it. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had; I do not recommend this seller.
