This company kicks so much ass and has badass products. When i first found them the deliveries would take about 10 days. But i did not mind bc they had all the boxes checked on nutrition. Anytime i have asked a question about olive oil or had to contact bc I accidentally received bone broth instead of whey protein, it was immediately taken care of and apologies sent. Supporting grass roots companies with a good mission and they support other companies with the same mindset (i also use wild pastures the sister company and own the ceramic cookware and supported other companies they promote on perks). If people want an amazon style delivery with globo corpo robo interaction and cannot get over some hiccups here and there then where is your humanity. Plus they offer subscription and save and if you do not like something they will swap it or you can change or cancel. I have never had any actual problems. Once i replied to them bc i ordered a box of each of the bars and they sent out a review the product. And i said i def prefer the red velvet and did not like the lemon. They contacted me and sent me another box of red velvet and asked me to donate the lemon. And i did. I took it to the gym and other people liked it so they started using PV. Same with the electrolytes. And the tallow. And the meat sticks. And the coffee. And the bone broth. And the golden milk. I share it all and plenty of people are ordering bc you cannot find quality products at a store. Customer service is nice and i have had to move a few times so changing my address or pausing an order never has been an issue. And if you like information and recipes we have watched the videos and read the emails with recipes and info on break down of nutrition specs in the products.
