After a frustrating time with communication regarding order issues, I received a very thoughtful and generous answer to my unanswered questions. I have always loved their products, so stuck with them, though I was suspect of their customer care. With their recent response, I KNOW they care about their customers & actually go the extra mile.

I have had promotions with my auto-ship orders & they never apply them to your auto-ship costs. NEVER I was told. So, even if I spend an average of $155/mo. I don't qualify for their discounts. It is only for single orders. So, I went in to place a single order not a subscription. The promo was for a free bag of coffee with "any" order at check-out-no qualifiers, ie you couldn't have any other discount added etc. When I went to check out, NO coffee was added as promised. Can't get a hold of customer service. I have emailed about other issues & never heard back.
I am thrilled with everything I have tried from this provider and hold multiple subscriptions! In particular, their protein powders are a favorite of mine, and I've ordered them in every flavor. The chocolate makes a delightful hot chocolate treat, which my grandkids enjoy as well! The caramel and vanilla are perfect in coffee, the plain flavor blends well in smoothies, and the savory option is a wonderful warm beverage on chilly days. Additionally, I appreciate their Golden Milk, tallow, beef sticks, and neuroeffect complex! The quality surpasses anything else I've encountered, and their customer support is outstanding. I also appreciate that they sometimes include a complimentary full-size product with your order. I highly recommend this service!
I strongly advise against ordering from them. I made a single purchase during a sale, and then they charged me for an automatic order that I never placed, at double the price. Their customer support is unresponsive via phone and email. I will never use them again.

I also mix the vanilla with plain yogurt to enhance the flavor and boost the protein content. The added protein has significantly improved my health—I sleep better and feel fantastic! I enjoy incorporating turmeric and ginger into soups as well. The unflavored option provides extra protein and collagen. Moreover, both the vanilla and chocolate whey protein are fantastic! I can't praise these products enough and often share my experience with family and friends. The support team has been very attentive to my inquiries and concerns too. I'm thrilled to have such delicious and nutritious options!

We just received our order and couldn't resist trying the venison sticks... they are delicious, a bit spicy for us older folks, but really tasty. We make our own venison jerky, and your flavor is just as good. We plan to gift some for the holidays. Thank you for promptly resolving my mixed-up order... such friendly service.
