I’ve been ordering beef, venison and chicken sticks for years. Always delicious, always worth a try on a new flavor. My most recent order had an issue with the wrappers not peeling open correctly. I shot an email over just to give them a heads up that something isn’t right with them. The lovely Savannah in customer service asked for the info on the beef stick wrapper and issued an UNNECESSARY discount on my order. I just wanted to let them know so future orders don’t get a bad review. This company, their staff and their products are top notch! Above and beyond all expectations. Keep up the great work and I hope you figure out the odd issue with the wrapping machine.
