I hesitate to try new products purchasing online for a reason. I purchased the bone broth collagen and the product doesn't mix well for me as paleo valley claims. It's chalky and clumps up, even using a frother, despite temperature of liquid. I was busy with moving and didn't pay attention to the automated subscription and they sent me more of the product that I didn't even like. I tried to return it and in the return process, you're having to pay the expensive shipping to return it (as I also paid the shipping to receive it). So I just wasted money to give a, new to me, product. Disappointed in the return policy, won't be buying supplements online from them any longer.
