My review is regarding their customer service. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here regarding their different products, especially the meat sticks. Meat sticks are the product that have caught my interest. So before ordering I wrote an email to the company (through their "Contact Us" link on their website) with questions of my concerns I had after reading reviews. It has been at least 2 weeks (date estimated) and I have heard nothing back. I am not totally surprised I have not heard back, in reading reviews, it appears the only possibility of getting a response is to write a review. It is unfortunate, they are pushing away a potential customer because of their lack of customer service.
