Their customer service is impeccable and they stand by their return policy. However, as 10 years Paleo and acertified ancestral nutrition specialist studying to become a metabolic disease specialist, it's very disheartening to see a company with "Paleo" in the name using ingredients like dextrose instead of inulin to induce fermentation of the organic spices in their sticks. It's hard enough being taken seriously in the health care and nutrition world without issues like this. As for the sticks, they leave a very strong, unpleasant aftertaste which may have been a result of having been delivered during a heatwave. The venison stick in particular is very soft and gushes grease when bitten into. Very off-putting and refrigeration didn't fix that. I don't think the heat would elicit an aftertaste from the 4 different flavors and they all leave a nasty coating inside your mouth, like the cheaper version of meat sticks, so I honestly question the cleanliness of these sticks.
