I recently ordered a couple packs of meat sticks to take to theme parks for quick protein options, as I'm gluten free. Initially, they responded to the effect that they're busy, struggling to meet demand, and thankful for my understanding. But that didn't solve my problem that I was leaving for a week of theme parks without my GF protein. When I explained this, they went above and beyond and actually refunded my order, which did end up shipping to my house, but arrived after I was gone. The refund freed up some budget for me to buy some GF meals in the parks. I was grateful that they acknowledged the inconvenience that their tardy shipment had and made it right. PV products are great, and I'm so thankful to have had a customer service experience that matched.
