I have been a customer since summer of 2024 & have always had prompt order processing/delivery on my ordered products. I had one issue last month with 1 bottle missing from a 6 bottle shipment, but as soon as I contacted customer support I had the last bottle on it's way with their apologies. As a business owner myself, things sometimes happen, and it is the way you respond & make it right that counts.Love the quality of their products. They get 5 Stars from me!
