I have had promotions with my auto-ship orders & they never apply them to your auto-ship costs. NEVER I was told. So, even if I spend an average of $155/mo. I don't qualify for their discounts. It is only for single orders. So, I went in to place a single order not a subscription. The promo was for a free bag of coffee with "any" order at check-out-no qualifiers, ie you couldn't have any other discount added etc. When I went to check out, NO coffee was added as promised. Can't get a hold of customer service. I have emailed about other issues & never heard back.
