I took them at their word and now, I am, by default (because I did not show up as instructed by Palisades), being sued by Upgrade for $10,672.58. About 1 month ago, We talked on the phone and the representative suggest I increas. my monthly payment. i told him I would think about it but not sure. I received an esign document but never signed it for approval. Today, my bank account was debited for the additional money that I never approved of. I'm on a fixed income due to a medical retirement, LBD Parkinson, and I can no longer afford these unexpected issues.
