I’m still dealing with lawsuits and received no resolution.

I wrote this review earlier; I paid Palliside for nine months and they didn’t make one single payment towards my credit cards. Instead the balance on all my cards, doubled with interest fees and late fees. There was over $3000 taken out of my account by them and not one penny went to the credit cards; they kept it all for fees. When I told them I’m going to close it -they said that’s fine and sent me a check for $100. Now my credit is completely ruined. As before I contacted them It was 700+, and with them it went down to 400 and as I said, my debt doubled!!! I was only paying $100 less a month than my regular payments. I wish I never responded to them in the first place. The only reason I did is because they told me I got a consolidation loan preapproved. Then once I excepted the consolidation loan, they told me I didn’t qualify it was just a debt repayment plan. Then they took money out of my account every month and put it in their account and I got nothing. it was a total scam and I am out over $3000, and my credit is ruined.This was their response;reply from Palisade Legal GroupJul 18, 2023Gail,We are deeply sorry to hear about your negative experience with our services. To this day, I am still getting sued by credit cards that I already paid according to Palliside! I find out they didn’t pay a dime on anything. The money they collected for nine months -they said was used for legal fees. What legal fees? They turned my 740 credit score down to 400 and ruined my credit. I only responded to them because we had lost our biggest account and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up on my credit card payments. I paid them for nothing.I originally contacted them because they said I was preapproved for a loan and I needed to have $336 automatically withdrawn by them per month to qualify. After agreeing, they took out $336 every month which I thought was going towards paying off my credit cards. After the first two months, they told me it was not a loan, It was more of a consolidation where they would lower my debt, and make payments regularly. They lied to me outright every time I spoke to them. They did nothing for the money they got from me. I don’t even know how this company could be in business! This should be illegal. They should have to reimburse customers for the money they stole! Their only response to everything is that they need more information. I feel as though I gave them all the information in detail, and besides they don’t specify exactly what information they need. I feel they have no intention of resolving anything. They got my money, and that’s all they wanted.

Tanked my credit

After 2 years of enduring this nightmare, with little to no progress, they 'sold' my account. My only credit card, the one I managed to obtain after they ruined my credit, was then abruptly closed without my knowledge. When I contacted them, they callously informed me that they had received an email with my social security number and falsely claimed that I was working with a debt consolidation company. This is a gross injustice! How am I expected to rebuild my credit under these circumstances? I am now considering taking out a real loan just to rid myself of Palisade (or Concordia, whoever currently holds my account). Their actions have caused me immense frustration and stress!

BEWARE…….

This company does nothing but lie to you to get your business. This company claims that they can lower your debt but their fees are insane high where you are not saving. They also drag there feet on getting anything done but when I call them my excuse is generally that “it is a process and it takes time”. I have paid off all my debit and I am still waiting on my refund and it’s going on 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me my money. All they care about is the fees that they charge.

They Don't do what they say.

I thought everything was taken care of. Evidently, only 3 out of 4 accounts were being settled. I started with Palisade in 2023. I received a summons from the court recently, and called Palisade. I was told there was no need to respond, that it would be taken care of. I took them at their word and now, I am, by default (because I did not show up as instructed by Palisades), being sued by Upgrade for $10,672.58. About 1 month ago, We talked on the phone and the representative suggest I increas. my monthly payment. i told him I would think about it but not sure. I received an esign document but never signed it for approval. Today, my bank account was debited for the additional money that I never approved of. I'm on a fixed income due to a medical retirement, LBD Parkinson, and I can no longer afford these unexpected issues.
