They make a landscape rake and gauge wheel attachment for it… The wheel attachment arms are too short for the rake. Therefore the wheels hit the rake when turning. You can’t go In reverse like the rake is intended for. Also, the rake is intended to rotate 360 degrees…. Well that’s not possible unless you completely uninstall the gauge wheel attachment…,Again it’s all because the arms get in the way of the rotating arm..
Customer service is terrible. Long wait times, do not return calls for updates. I received my product which was package terrible. Parts were falling out of the package as I moved it off the truck. I quickly inventoried the parts and found that there were missing parts. I called and sent pictures of the shipment and paid the $111.00 shipping insurance and still do not know when I will receive the missing parts! I also had to pay an extra $75.00 for oversize packaging which was a waste as it did not stop missing parts.I will never purchase any product from them again!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a cutter for my skid steer. Local company told me I was making a mistake, I should have listened. It’s been over a month since they took money. 4 different tracking #’s and none of them work. Still no cutter. No one will answer the phone and when they do you cannot understand them. DO NOT BUY here unless you want them to hold your $ and not get the product.
Watch out from pricing games with this company. If they drop their prices on something you just bought, it has to happen within 24 hours. Your purchase could still be unshipped and they will not honor the sales price after 24 hours.Also, they claim free shipping but will charge $75 handling fess for larger items. Be warned.
I ordered some pallet forks not knowing much about the company. The forks shipped quickly, and I was constantly kept informed about the status of the order. The forks arrived, and although I had ordered 48-inch forks, I was sent 42-inch forks. Immediately I was thinking of all of the hassle I would have to go through to get this right. The forks weigh 200lbs so I thought for sure I was going to get some pushback on sending them back for an exchange. I called the support number and was speaking with a real person within less than a minute. She asked me to send in a couple pictures just to verify. Afterwards, she handled the situation quickly. Before I knew it, I had another set of forks on the way to me and a shipping return label sent to me to send the old ones back. I waited until I received the correct product and then I sent the incorrect item back. The company made the order right and handled it the way I would've handled it if I owned the business. They earned my trust, and I will be purchasing several more attachments from them in the future. The forks are good quality and exactly as described. Thanks for a great transaction!
The lady and man I worked with were vert good and I would work with them any time. I purchased a 600 unit about 9years ago and gave it some heavy yard work on 10 acres of land. My neighbor broke the unit and purchased a new one, a 400. This unit is no where the quality of the 600. If I could sell the 400 it would be gone
