I used PalletOnline for a business shipment and had a very poor experience.A pallet collection was missed two days in a row. Each time I was assured it would be resolved, and each time no collection took place. My warehouse staff waited on site specifically for this.I was repeatedly told the issue was with the “local depot,” but from a customer perspective that doesn’t change the fact that the booked service was not carried out.I also received evening calls after 6pm (including around 7:30pm) from drivers attempting collection outside normal hours, without prior notice. Meanwhile, the tracking portal showed the pallet as “collected” when it was still in my warehouse.This caused disruption to my operations and put me in a difficult position with my customer. Based on this experience, I would be cautious using this service for time-sensitive business shipments.
