Absolute RUBBISH serviceOver £100 to collect a pallet. I made it clear that delivery was on a dirt track so need a smaller tail lift truck under 7.5 tonne. The driver decided he didn't want to come down a road with bushes. Incompetent to say the least. Nobody else has problems getting to this address.
I used PalletOnline for a business shipment and had a very poor experience.A pallet collection was missed two days in a row. Each time I was assured it would be resolved, and each time no collection took place. My warehouse staff waited on site specifically for this.I was repeatedly told the issue was with the “local depot,” but from a customer perspective that doesn’t change the fact that the booked service was not carried out.I also received evening calls after 6pm (including around 7:30pm) from drivers attempting collection outside normal hours, without prior notice. Meanwhile, the tracking portal showed the pallet as “collected” when it was still in my warehouse.This caused disruption to my operations and put me in a difficult position with my customer. Based on this experience, I would be cautious using this service for time-sensitive business shipments.
Expecting a delivery on 8/1/26, someone was at the delivery address all day long and multiple other delivery's were made. Nothing arrived, made the inquiry at the end of the day to see whether the delivery was and was told no one was at the adress and would have to pay a redelivery free. Gave proof that no one came to the adress with door bell footage and was told that would have to pay the free regardless. Very poor customer service and refusal to accept a mistake and issue on their end.
Poor customer service, they charged me for second attempt to collect pallets and said it will come tomorrow as soon as I paid, the driver came in less than 2 minutes means he was right there but only was after extra charges! Will not use them again!
The customer service of this company is appalling. It is extremely poor. In addition to previous issues we have experienced — including lost or damaged goods and ignored requests for a small vehicle — they have today acted even more unacceptably.They failed to collect the pallet and have now emailed us to apply a surcharge for a re-collection. To make matters worse, the suggested re-collection date is more than seven days from today.This level of service is unacceptable.
