Expecting a delivery on 8/1/26, someone was at the delivery address all day long and multiple other delivery's were made. Nothing arrived, made the inquiry at the end of the day to see whether the delivery was and was told no one was at the adress and would have to pay a redelivery free. Gave proof that no one came to the adress with door bell footage and was told that would have to pay the free regardless. Very poor customer service and refusal to accept a mistake and issue on their end.
