Oh dear. I waited for a delivery , poor communication from the company and tracking facility. I then got a phone call at 4.45pm Friday (delivery was due between 16.43 and 18.43) to say that there was “bad news” and my pallet was “blocked in and so they couldn’t get to it.” I would hope that such a mistake would not be made by a company who delivered pallets and they would factor in off loading. Apparently it could be delivered Monday no problem? I rearranged but have zero confidence.
