Ryan from depot 20 delivered my TransK9 dog crate today. When it arrived, it was clear we were not going to get it through the front door. We unpacked it in the hope that we could, but unfortunately it was still a no. Ryan didn’t want to just leave it as it was and suggested we put it in my car. He helped me get it in the boot, taking great care not to damage my car in the process. I am extremely grateful I had Ryan helping and working with me and I wasn’t just left.
