I've visited this service twice; my first experience was disappointing, but the second visit was completely different. The receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. During my MRI, the technician was wonderful, noticing my anxiety and helping me calm down by explaining everything. The nurse was also fantastic, easing my nerves and even singing to me during the process. What an incredible team; I couldn't have managed without their support.
