I had Top Surgery with Chloe Wright on 26/11/25 and I felt comfortable and listened to evey step of the way. All the staff at Pall Mall were professional and kind every appointment I had there. Mamuna was there for me from beginning to end and was so lovely and helpful.

The surgeon and my care coordinator were outstanding. All my questions were thoroughly addressed. The aftercare I received was exceptional, and the nursing staff always returned my calls, happily discussing any concerns I had. The surgeon even offered direct contact through social media for any post-surgery worries. On the day of my procedure, a nurse escorted me to the exit, ensuring I left safely.
I've visited this service twice; my first experience was disappointing, but the second visit was completely different. The receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. During my MRI, the technician was wonderful, noticing my anxiety and helping me calm down by explaining everything. The nurse was also fantastic, easing my nerves and even singing to me during the process. What an incredible team; I couldn't have managed without their support.
