Extremely Frustrating Experience – Unprofessional Service!!!I have been dealing with Palma Paris regarding a skirt that arrived in the wrong size since November 2025. Despite repeated requests for a prepaid return label so I can send back the skirt and receive the correct size, they continuously ask for my “understanding and patience” while supposedly escalating to a manager.Every time I request a return label, they respond with the same generic message, or ask if I can ship the skirt back to Belgium at my own cost. This loop has been ongoing for months.Their team demonstrates poor conflict resolution, lack of professionalism, and inability to negotiate fair terms for customers. I would not recommend purchasing from Palma Paris due to their extremely inefficient and frustrating customer service.
