I ordered a dress, but the dress didn't fit. I had already paid via PayPal, of course. I requested a return and had to pay for the return shipping myself. I sent the return to the address I was given via email, but for whatever reason it couldn't be delivered. My return has been stuck with the courier for days now because Palma Paris's customer service hasn't been able to set a new delivery date, even though I've sent the tracking number and link to customer service several times. Of course, I haven't received a refund yet. There are scammers behind this shop. Definitely don't buy from here. You won't get your money back, nor the goods you returned, regardless of whether you paid with PayPal or not. I've hired a lawyer!
