Return Process

I returned a pair of shoes because they were too big for me. Originally I just wanted to exchange them, but I didn't get an answer. I returned the shoes, which arrived on 6.6.25 at the company and i have still not received a refund after a long email correspondence.It always says “i will talk to warehouse/manager” and there is no solution. I will never order here again.
