I went to pick it up last Saturday. I drove home with it and then took it out of the box. I tried to pull back the hammer, and it moved maybe an 1/8 in before the hammer and cylinder locked up. It's a North American Arms Ranger break open mini revolver. So, after it jammed i opened it, and it was filthy inside. Palmetto sold me a broken gun. I immediately contacted their customer service. It was a Saturday so there was no response until Monday. When i finally got a hold of customer service the basically shit out of luck..They told me that i would be responsible to return it to the manufacturer and have it repaired, and any cost for shipping or repair was on me. I was totally blown away by their response. I have spent 1,000s of dollars there over the last 10 years. If you decide to buy from them, just realize the type of people that you are dealing with
