I tried to order a thousand rounds of ammunition the only thing that I could get from them was that they're automated fraud department canceled my order they didn't try to contact me or anything else like that I've been getting the runaround for an entire day nobody can tell me anything and it's always going to be 24 to 48 hours before anybody will get in touch with me by way of email they won't even pick up the phone apparently that's too much effort so if you're purchasing anything online I highly recommend that you go someplace else they're not worth your time and you're definitely not going to get enough bang for your buck

Don’t get scammed like I did. Shameful lack of accountability.

I purchased a new Beretta A300 Patrol from Palmetto State Armory’s online store. I’ve been a loyal PSA customer for years, so I had every reason to trust this purchase. After picking it up from my FFL, I brought it home to clean and inspect it before my first range trip. That’s when I discovered the extractor plunger was jammed into the bolt, leaving the extractor loose and the shotgun completely unable to extract shells.I immediately contacted PSA, expecting the kind of customer service they’ve always claimed to provide. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Beretta. I reached out to Beretta, provided detailed photos, and requested a replacement bolt. Rather than offer a simple fix, Beretta insisted I ship the entire firearm to them for repair with an estimated turnaround of 8–10 weeks. That policy is unreasonable. I had a trip planned around this purchase, which I had to cancel entirely because PSA refused to take responsibility for selling a defective firearm. I understand manufacturer warranties exist, but a brand-new firearm that arrives broken should be handled by the retailer — not pushed off on the customer to deal with a slow, bureaucratic process.PSA’s approach in this situation demonstrates willful blindness and lack of accountability. It left me with no functional firearm, wasted time, and the sense that I was being taken advantage of. I ultimately had to pay a licensed gunsmith out of pocket to repair the firearm myself, because waiting months for a fix was simply not feasible. Edit: They replied to this, stating that it's not allowed, posturing as if it's against the law, but again, it's just their bad policy that exposes their customers to this kind of situation. You take advantage of trust, and that's a problem.Just to clarify, under federal law, specifically 27 CFR § 478.147 (“Return of firearm”), a licensed dealer is permitted to take back a firearm and return it to the customer — or provide a replacement firearm of the same kind and type — as long as all federal, state, and local laws are followed. In other words, while exchanges and refunds ultimately depend on the dealer’s individual policy, there’s no federal law that prevents a properly licensed FFL from taking back or replacing a defective firearm, provided all required transfer procedures (like Form 4473 and NICS check) are completed.

PSA is the best

PSA is the best. Awesome customer service if something on the very slim chance is defective they fix it or replace it fast! Never had an issue with this company. Highly underrated. Their stuff just works! I Highly recommend.

Every time I try to order sale items it will not allow me to order them. I usally try for 2to3 days and never get through. I’m so frustrated because every time I try the price goes up higher and higher. Is this some type of game. After numerous attempts I just don’t buy it I go somewhere else. Anyone tell me why this happens? Numerous dates I have tried

I went to pick it up last Saturday. I drove home with it and then took it out of the box. I tried to pull back the hammer, and it moved maybe an 1/8 in before the hammer and cylinder locked up. It's a North American Arms Ranger break open mini revolver. So, after it jammed i opened it, and it was filthy inside. Palmetto sold me a broken gun. I immediately contacted their customer service. It was a Saturday so there was no response until Monday. When i finally got a hold of customer service the basically shit out of luck..They told me that i would be responsible to return it to the manufacturer and have it repaired, and any cost for shipping or repair was on me. I was totally blown away by their response. I have spent 1,000s of dollars there over the last 10 years. If you decide to buy from them, just realize the type of people that you are dealing with

Poor Shipping Process

I've been a longtime customer of Palmetto State Armory and have promoted the ease of purchases and their customer service for years.Unfortunately, I placed an order for around $1200.00 and called to request a change in the shipping location due to my extensive work schedule where I travel weekly and typically unexpected only to be told I cannot change the shipping address because the purchase is over $500.00. This makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever, why does the dollar amount affect my ability to have my items shipped to a different location PRIOR to the units shipping. All items are legally able to be shipped to another location.Poor process that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
