I wish I could give them fewer stars — even one feels too generous after my experience. They called me today and said they would refund me a certain amount in cash and vouchers, claiming this was from the airline. I originally paid more for my ticket, but after the airline canceled my flight and offered unsuitable alternatives, I requested a refund. Their communication has been inconsistent, and I feel they are not honoring consumer rights. Based on my experience, I feel this company has acted dishonestly.
