They robbed me! I made my first deposit of $20 and since it states the match the first deposit 100%on their page I was credited $20 more like it's says which made me have a balance of $40 well as I was playing I got up to $66.30. I wanted to cashout. It states on the page everywhere "INSTANT CASHOUTS" AND "INSTANT LOADS".for adding more deposits. I had deposited an additional $15 making that my second deposit because before I came up to $66 I was going down before I lucked up to $66. I allowed three hours to go by but never did they credit my account with my second deposit. I messaged them on Facebook messenger about it and she said she would add my second deposit and it states that for second deposits they match 50% of the deposit which made my $15 into $22. Never received it. She then told me when I asked to cashout my $66.30 that I couldn't cashout and she couldn't award my second deposit until I reached a minimum from the first deposit in order to cash out and then once I met the minimum from the first deposit to cashout she said she would put my $22 on my account. Nowhere on there does it show anything about a minimum nor maximum in order to cash out and I informed her about it not saying nothing about none of that. I even screen shot the advertisement they have all over their page. She refused to give me a customer care phone number so I could speak to someone else verbally instead of messaging her on Facebook messenger. She still hasn't credited my account with my second deposit and says I have to keep playing my credits til I reach $ 180 to cash out then whenever that happens she will finally put on my $22 and then I'd have to try to win til I reach $88. In order to cash out. I have reported to Facebook and cash app and other people with picture proofs of what's said on their page exactly and the conversations I've had about this matter word for word. I suggested for them to just refund me my $35 total I sent them thru cash app and keep their bogus bonus credits and my winnings and to close my account with them completely and once again asked about a customer care number so I may speak to someone about what they are doing and the misleading information and the actions they were doing which doesn't show in any policy or nowhere on the page! So I go to look at the account now after I've made these reports for this company being fraudulent scammers and they took EVERY DIME that was on my account with them! This is wrong. They got people advertising for them to get the bonus credits to play for them if they writes good review to gain them more clients but these people have no clue that they are being robbed. And from the reviews on here I can see I'm not ONLY one who has noticed they are fraud and barely have any information provided to back up that it's a legitimate business. It's Fraud Fraud Fraud and they need to be shut down immediately.
